Cupido, Amor of Eros is de God van de Liefde. In de Romeinse mythologie wordt hij Cupido of Amor genoemd, bij de Grieken heet hij Eros. Cupido is de zoon van Aphrodite, de Godin van de Liefde, die met zijn pijlen mensen in hun hart schiet. Dit is volkskunst uit Nederland en dateert uit 1880-1920.
